Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, service area limits, and confirmation by Hope Farm. Product listings, farm output, harvest schedules, and delivery capacity may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or substitute packaging where reasonably necessary for freshness, hygiene, or fulfillment.

• Fresh farm products may vary slightly in weight, appearance, or timing because of natural farming conditions.
• Certain items may be available only on specific days, in limited quantities, or for local delivery and pickup only.
• Merchandise and non-perishable goods may be fulfilled separately from perishable farm products.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product details may be updated at any time before an order is confirmed.

Payments made online are processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment partner. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Delivery, Pickup, and Risk

Delivery or pickup windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, farm operations, traffic, holidays, or supply conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Risk in perishable products generally passes to you upon successful delivery or pickup. You are responsible for appropriate storage, refrigeration, and safe handling after receipt.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations or refund requests must be raised promptly. Once a fresh order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a product with a genuine quality issue, contact us as soon as possible with supporting details so we can review and resolve the matter fairly.
